Dear Leader,
I officially published my third book-journal (“The Journal Of Lessons Leaned”), on amazon.com :
https://a.co/d/06N4DZTC
I would like to share with you the foreword:
——–
I have noticed that the expression “Mistakes are OK” has become popular on social media. As a person who has worked in aviation for almost 30 years, I know the cost of mistakes firsthand, and I have decided to contribute to this “movement” with this journal.
What’s wrong with this “expression”? The answer is – Cognitive Psychology. If we accept in our minds that “mistakes are OK”, then from a cognitive psychology point of view, what we accept is what we get. In aviation, we call this phenomenon the “Human Factor”, and thousands of studies have been conducted, thousands of articles have been written, hundreds of PhD theses have been defended, and dozens of methodologies have been developed.
Experience demonstrates that whenever a person is involved in a process, the Human Factor must be properly managed. The first step is incorporating Lessons Learned as part of Positive Norms. For now, let’s leave aviation and turn to our journal.
Each page of this journal contains my interpretation of a short expression of wisdom with reference to the primary source (if no reference is provided, then the word “Wisdom” is used in a general way). For most meanings, interpretations, and wisdom, the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra Version of The Bible and the King James Version (KJV) of The Bible are used.
The general structure of the journal is as follows:
(a) Date and Title,
(b) Lessons Learned, and
(c) Reflection.
In a few years, you can open this journal, revisit your thoughts, and see the lessons that shaped your growth into a wiser leader.
We can manage our mistakes. However, if you want to build something great and wonderful, the best helper is – Wisdom.
Just think, if Wisdom made a mistake in creating this world, what would it look like?
In this journal, “wise leader” means the one who has – knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, and on business side – (a) vision (b) execution.
The purpose of this journal is to take the first step towards wise leadership.
Be a Wise Leader!

Thank you very much for your support.
Sincerely,
Ramaz
