Operational Reliability
AVRAM Aerospace

1. Aircraft Operational Reliability
I. Aircraft Operational Reliability System Elements
We help Aircraft Manufacturers and Airlines build the world’s most effective Operational Reliability Systems, that include the followings elements:
– Data Collection
– Data Performance
– Data Processing
– Data Display
– Data Analysis
– Corrective Actions
– Follow-up, etc.
All elements are in accordance with CAA, EASA, FAA, and TCCA rules and regulations.
II. Operational Reliability Primary Sources
We will help you to set-up the following Operational Reliability Primary Sources:
– Aircraft Utilization (FH, FC)
– PIREPs and MAREPs
– Delay and Cancellations
– Incidents (Ground Turnback, Rejected Take-Off, Air Turnback, Diversion,
Aborted Approach, Engine IFSD, etc.)
– Component Removals
– Shop Report
– Aircraft Out-Of-Service
– Maintenance Tasks
– Aircraft Economics, etc.
We will thoroughly go through each data item and element, and write clear processing rules and specifications.
III. Chargeability vs Non-Chargeability
Is your aircraft/operation under Guaranty / Contracts and you have Warranted Reliability Levels?
Do you have contractual Dispatch Reliability, Component MTBF/MTBUR, Delays, Cancellations?
Let us help to save your hard-earned money!
We will write specifications, rules and codes for your operation that help properly complete the “contractual” Delays, Cancellations, etc. reports.
IV. Setting Reliability Goals, Share Knowledge and Experience
Weather you are a start-up or have 10-15 years in the aviation industry, we will review and set-up your Aircraft Operational Reliability System in the most effective way that is going to be suitable
for your operation.
We will visualize your company’s Operational Reliability Goals in a way that all your employees are going to have clear and understandable performance objectives.
And most important, we will share our knowledge and experience to effectively achieve these goals and objectives.

2. New Aircraft Entry-In-Service
In the Aircraft Design and Certification phases, Operational Reliability Analysis starts when:
a) Aircraft technical and economical requirements are set-up,
b) Suppliers are on board, and
c) Suppliers and all involed parties are reporting Aeronautical Equipment Test (Safety, Reliability) Data, Maintainability Data, Cost Data, etc.
I. Aircraft Flight Test Reliability
Aircraft Operational Reliability Analysis begins when first Aircraft Flight Test data is collected, stored, processed, displayed, and analyzed.
II. Operational Reliability
Real-Life Aircraft Operational Reliability Analysis starts when Aircraft Operational Reliability (contracts) Requirements are set-up for Operators and Aircraft Operators are reporting reliability data based on their real-life experience.
III. Maintenance Labour – Hours Analysis
Aircraft Maintenance Labour Analysis starts from Design and Certification phase when Maintainability Data is available and reported from Suppliers. When aircraft is in service Labour Data is collected from Aircraft Operators.
IV. Aircraft Availability Analysis
Aircraft Availability Analysis starts from Design and Certification phase when Maintenance (Scheduled and Unscheduled) Task Intervals, Maintainability and Reliability Data are available and reported from Suppliers. When aircraft is in service, Availability Data is collected from Aircraft Operators.
V. Aircraft Economics or Aircraft Reliability Cost Analysis
Aircraft Economics or Aircraft Reliability Cost Analysis starts from Design and Certification phase when Maintainability, Reliability, and Aircraft Economics (DMC) Data are available and reported from Suppliers. When aircraft is in service Reliability Cost Data (Aircraft Economics/ DMC) is collected from Aircraft Operators.
