AIRLINE RELIABILITY PROGRAM COURSE (SHORT) OUTLINE
(Aircraft Operational Reliability)
(NOTE: FINAL COURSE OUTLINE MAY DIFFER!!!)
DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT
1. Course Scope:
This course focuses on aircraft operational reliability theoretical, mathematical, statistical, and practical examples. We will learn what are the Aviation Authorities (EASA, USA FAA, TCCA) requirements for Airline Reliability Program, what is the purpose of the Program, how to use program results in real life, etc. We will also learn how to calculate different reliability characteristics that help to asses Airline Technical Performance and Maintenance Effectiveness. With the insights gained, we will be able to understand operational reliability data collection system, data analysis, calculate different reliability characteristics, build reliability graphs, interpret different technical trends that have effect on Airline Operation.
Course includes aircraft operational reliability hands – on practices that will be helpful in your aerospace carrier.

THE BEST WAY TO LEARN AIRLINE OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY IS – PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!

2. Training – “Reliability in Contracts“
Reliability in Contracts or Warranted Reliability Levels.
This course is designed for aviation specialists who are involved in aircraft buying-selling-leasing process and want to know the types of reliability characteristics and how they impact real-life and contractual data.
We buy aircraft to fly and not for AOG. Lets understand, why one event is Chargeable and another is Non-Chargeable.
This is 6 Hours course, where we discuss:
(1) Factors that have impact on real-life and contractual data;
(2) We will describe reliability characteristics that must be clearly defined in contracts;
(3) For better understanding, we will review ( one by one) Chargeable and Non-chargeable events.
For better understanding of event Chargeability and Non-Chargeability!
PS: 50% of this course is hand-on technical practice, where everything learned will be applied. You are more than welcome to bring your own data.
Course duration depends on the type of required maintenance data analysis.
IMPORTANT: “Reliability in Contracts” practical training is based on your aircraft/requirement maintenance contractual data.
Pease contact us ( avramaerospace@gmail.com ) and we will send you a detailed course outline and registration link.

3. Training – “Aircraft Maintenance Data Management“
Aircraft Maintenance Data Management.
This course is designed for aviation specialists who are involved in Aircraft Maintenance Data analysis to support aircraft certification (exe.: CFR 14, 21.4, K25.2, etc.), general – aircraft maintenance data analysis, aircraft reliability report.
Course duration depends on the type of required maintenance data analysis.
IMPORTANT: Maintenance Data Analysis practical training is based on your aircraft/requirement maintenance data.
Pease contact us (avramaerospace@gmail.com) and we will send you a detailed course outline and registration link.

We understand that building Aircraft Operational Reliability Report or working with Aircraft Maintenance Data, is not easy task, and we provide, for all our trainings, 2 YE free of charge post-training support.
